Onboarding for billing application
I was part of a team creating a web-based billing and payment application that had several setup steps. The team felt that an on-screen guide would result in a higher adoption rate.
I created a demo using WalkMe and shared it with the team. Everyone liked the concept, but we wanted something that would keep track of the customers' progress if they were interrupted and allow them to skip steps. The team decided that building something in-house would be the best solution.
I created the mockup below to demonstrate how the solution might could work.
